1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lüba, you agree to these terms of service and our community guidelines.
2. You must be 18
Lüba is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the rooms. We ask for your date of birth when you join, and accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.

3. Service Description
Lüba provides a moderated chat platform for meaningful connections. There is nothing to pay at present: no card is held, no trial is running, and no payment system is switched on. If that changes, these terms are updated here before it happens.
4. Community Guidelines
- Be respectful and kind to all users
- No harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
- No sharing of inappropriate or graphic content
- Violations may result in warnings or permanent bans
Lüba is an intentional community. AGT Ventures Inc. may suspend or permanently close any account that we find has broken our Community Guidelines, including after a single serious breach. An account that is suspended or closed is not entitled to a refund of any membership fee, Founding Lüba contribution or other payment.
5. Payment Terms
There is nothing to pay at present. When paid sessions are introduced, these terms will be updated here first.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell your data — not now, not later. See our Safety Centre for more information.
7. Volunteering
Some members help out by answering questions from other members and being about in the rooms. If you are one of them, this is what that is and what it is not:
- No set hours. There is no minimum, no rota and no shift. Come when you want to; don't when you don't.
- Nothing you have to do. No quotas, no reports to file, no training you must complete, and nobody supervising you.
- Nothing in return. Volunteering is unpaid. There is no free membership, no discount, no credit and no perk of any kind attached to it, now or later.
- Stop whenever you like. No notice, no explanation and no consequence. You will not be removed from the platform for volunteering less, or for stopping.
Saying you are willing to help does not commit you to anything, and we may not take everyone up on it — we are deliberately keeping the number small.
8. Contact
In this order, and you may skip to any of them: this page and our FAQ; the Message Board, where other members can usually help; AI chat support, which you can reach directly at any time without posting in public first; and email as a last resort.
We do not take telephone calls. Any number on our corporate listings is an office line, not a support line.
